Hi,
My name is Chuck Hanvey and I am a Texas Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector with over 25 years of construction and inspection experience.
We are a full service home and termite inspection business serving San Antonio and surrounding counties.
I am a state licensed WDI Technician(Termite Inspector) and Insurance Property Inspector as well.
All of my inspections exceed Texas Real Estate Commission's (TREC) standards.
I am a member of both local SATAREI and TAREI at the state level, additionally I am a proud affiliate of SABOR (San Antonio Board of Realtors) and am a NACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector.

A great Home Inspector needs to be more than just competent. To be effective, he  must also be able to document and explain his findings and issues in an easy to understand way.
